Pizza without dough or baking? Impossible? Not with this delicious twist on an old favorite from the Philippines! For this recipe we will use scrambled eggs and baked potato strips for our pizza crust. Below are the ingredients for this recipe.




Ingredients:

  • 1 russet potato
  • White American cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • ham
  • pizza sauce
  • 2 eggs

Scramble the eggs in a bowl then set aside. Next peel the potato, wash under water. Cut out any spots from the peeled potato. Slice the potato into medium sized strips. In a frying pan, heat cooking oil until it starts to sizzle. Fry the potato strips until golden brown. Then pour the scrambled eggs over the potato slices. When the scrambled eggs are firm, flip over the egg and potato “pancake”. Next pour half a bottle of pizza sauce over the egg and potatoes. Sprinkle ham pieces, grated mozzarella cheese and grated American cheese over the pizza sauce. Let the sauce and toppings heat for two or three minutes. After the cheeses have melted, gently transfer the pizza from the frying pan to a large serving plate. Enjoy!

Let’s try this mang sarap fried chicken which will transport to your favorite restaurant! There are a lot of ingredients and they’re listed below.

Ingredients:

For the chicken:
2 eggs
2 chicken breasts
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

For the breading:
1 cup of flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
chicken powder
1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder




For the Sauce:
1/2 stick of butter
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/4 cup of soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tbsp paprika




  1. Cut the chicken into cubes
  2. Add salt and pepper to the chicken
  3. Add the two eggs
  1. Add flour,
  2. cornstarch
  3. chicken powder
  4. salt
  5. pepper
  6. garlic powder
  7. Coat the chicken with this mixture

Cooking:

Over a medium heat, add oil to the pot. When the oil is boiling, add the chicken. Turn the heat to high and add again the chicken pieces to the pot for one or two minutes.




For the sauce:

  1. In the pan add:
  2. butter
  3. garlic
  4. ketchup
  5. soy sauce
  6. brown sugar
  7. paprika
  8. black pepper




Manok Lagyan ng Mozzarella Cheese super sarap | Chicken with Mozzarella Cheese

This recipe is the best twist! Crispy golden chicken thighs absorb a carbonara style sauce for the latest chicken recipe enjoyable by the whole family!




Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Sauce ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 grams / 7 oz of bacon
  • 1 smaill white onion, minced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch (dissolved in a little cold water)







Directions:

  1. Slice both chicken thighs in half lengthwise direction and flavor with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the mozzarella cheese and flour then use this combination to coat the chicken pieces.
  3. Fry the chicken thigh strips with oil for about three minutes on each side until thoroughly cooked.
  4. Remove the fried chicken from the pan, then add more oil and the bacon. Cook until the fat begins to melt and add the minced onion.
  5. After frying for two to three minutes, add garlic, mix together and then cover the chicken with cream.
  6. Add the mozzarella, salt and pepper to taste. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the pan.
  7. Add the chicken strips to the sauce and serve!

One Pan Egg Toast | Healthy and Delicious

Ingredients:




  • 1 Slice of bread
  • 1 tab of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • Mayonnaise or other condiment




Steps:

  1. Slice the bread and cheese in half
  2. Cut the tomato into slices
  3. Beat the two eggs and add a pinch of salt
  4. Over a low heat, place a frying pan
  5. Melt a tab of butter
  6. Place the two slices of bread on top of the egg
  7. Flip the slices of bread over
  8. Wait until the egg is cooked on the bottom
  9. Flip the egg and bread slices over
  10. Fold the side of the egg on the edges of the bread
  11. Add cheese and tomato slices




A Simple recipe makes your meal yummy

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg / 2.2 lbs pork
  • Peas
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp brown sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning




Steps:

  1. Cut the onion, garlic and pork
  2. In a wok or deep frying pan add oil, garlic and onion
  3. Stir the garlic and onion in the pan until both are a golden brown
  4. Add the pork and cook for five minutes
  5. After five minutes, add the soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, water, brown sugar and seasoning
  6. After five more minutes, add the pre-cooked peas
  7. Stir all the ingredients together







Mango Float | Mango Graham Cake

Let’s bring two wonderful ingredients together: mangos and graham crackers! Below are the ingredients we need to make a yummy mango float!

Ingredients:

  • Sliced mango
  • 1 1/2 cans of condensed milk
  • 4 cans of Nestle brand cream / whipped cream
  • 2 boxes of graham crackers




Preparation Steps:

  1. Peel the mangoes, slice in half and then slice the cut halves lengthwise into thin strips. Set aside.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat the whipping cream in a medium bowl until double in size.
  3. Add condensed milk ; mix until well combined.
  4. Put a layer of graham crackers at the bottom of an 8-inch square glass baking dish or any similar container, filling the gaps with trimmed crackers.
  5. Spread 1/3 of the cream mixture evenly on top of the crackers and then top with a layer of mango slices.
  6. Place another layer of graham crackers, cream mixture and slices of mango; repeat the process one more time, ending with slices of mango.
  7. Refrigerate the mango float overnight to set completely before serving.

Buffalo Chicken Wings | Delicious Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 9 pcs chicken wings
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar

Preheat oven to 450F

Cooking time: 40 mins




Buffalo wing sauce:

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 bottle chicken wing sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 black pepper







Sardines Patties

Sardines are fish which are usually considered with other dishes. This fish is low on the food chain so it only has trace amounts of poisonous heavy metals like mercury. Sardines are considered a “super food”, meaning they contain many nutrients and omega-3 fatty acids. Today we will try something new and delicious by frying our sardines as patties! We are going to use sardines from a can for this recipe. Let’s start cooking:




First we need to prepare the onion and garlic. Start by chopping the onion in to fine pieces. Next break open each clove of garlic and chop them up finely. When you’re finished combine the pieces of onion and garlic together in a mixing bowl. We’ll take the rest of our ingredients and mix them together with the onion and garlic. Empty out the can of sardines in to the bowl. Spoon in four tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Pour in three tablespoons of soy sauce. Last, crack open an egg and pour the contents into the bowl with the other ingredients. Mix everything together very thoroughly! For this recipe, I used a common table fork to mix the ingredients.




So now we’re ready to go ahead and fry our patties. We’ll put a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in enough oil to cover the bottom of the frying pan. Wait until the oil begins popping in the pan. Take an amount of our sardine patty mixture in a table spoon then carefully place it into the oil in the frying pan. Then, flatten the ball into a patty with the bottom of the spoon. Depending on the size of the frying pan, you should be able to fry at least three or four of the sardine patties at once.




After our patties have fried to a golden brown, remove each one to a dinner plate covered in a paper towel. The paper towel is for absorbing the cooking oil. You can serve sardine patties with tomatoes and lettuce. Please enjoy your meal!

  • 1 small onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce




PORK EMBUTIDO

Embutido refers to refers to a type of meat loaf wrapped around slices of egg and sausage. There are many different varieties of embutido enjoyed all over the world. We will be cooking the version from the Philippines. Below are the ingredients needed to cook our embutido:




Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs ground pork
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 large orange bell pepper
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickles relish
  • 2 oz. raisins
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 cup cheese
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 6 eggs
  • 5 hotdogs
  • 4 to 5 cups of water for steaming




In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for the hotdogs and hard-boiled eggs

Grease the aluminum foil with butter.

Spread about 6 tbsp of the mixture on the aluminum foil

Roll tightly and wrap in the aluminum foil. Seal by twisting both ends.

Arrange the embutido rolls in the steamer. Steam for 1 hour.

After removing the embutido rolls from the steamer, you can either fry the embutido in a frying pan with a little light oil or refrigerate the rolls and eat them later.
