One Pan Egg Toast | Healthy and Delicious

Ingredients:




  • 1 Slice of bread
  • 1 tab of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • Mayonnaise or other condiment




Steps:

  1. Slice the bread and cheese in half
  2. Cut the tomato into slices
  3. Beat the two eggs and add a pinch of salt
  4. Over a low heat, place a frying pan
  5. Melt a tab of butter
  6. Place the two slices of bread on top of the egg
  7. Flip the slices of bread over
  8. Wait until the egg is cooked on the bottom
  9. Flip the egg and bread slices over
  10. Fold the side of the egg on the edges of the bread
  11. Add cheese and tomato slices
