Ingredients:
- 1 kg / 2.2 lbs pork
- Peas
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp brown sugar (optional)
- 1/2 tsp seasoning
Steps:
- Cut the onion, garlic and pork
- In a wok or deep frying pan add oil, garlic and onion
- Stir the garlic and onion in the pan until both are a golden brown
- Add the pork and cook for five minutes
- After five minutes, add the soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, water, brown sugar and seasoning
- After five more minutes, add the pre-cooked peas
- Stir all the ingredients together
