Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken
3 cloves of garlic 🧄
1 medium onion 🧅
2 medium carrots 🥕
2 medium potatoes 🥔
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup of water 💧
1 chicken cubes
1 1/2 cup tomato 🍅 sauce
1/2 tsp of salt 🧂
1/2 tsp of pepper
2 bay leaves
1/4 tsp Ajinomoto ( optional )
1 tbsp of condensed milk

Directions:

*Fry the potatoes 🥔 and carrots 🥕 and set aside after frying
*In a pot fry the garlic and onion
*Add the chicken
*fry for 2 minutes
*Add the 1 cup of water
*bring to a boil for 3 minutes
*Add 1 chicken cubes
*Add the salt, pepper and bay leaves
*Add 1/4 tsp Ajinomoto ( optional )
*Add the condensed milk
*bring to a boil
*add the potatoes and carrots
*steam for 3 minutes
*ready to serve and enjoy with your family!
