Ingredients:
5 chicken thighs
For the marinade:
- 4 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauces
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Pinch of white pepper
- 2 sachets of Ginsa Mix (flavor seasoning mix) or 1 tsp Chinese five spice powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
– Add all the ingredients to the chicken
– marinade for 30 minutes
– After 30 minutes Transfer the chicken into the cooking pan Set aside the marinade sauce
-Turn the chicken so that the skin will be crispy
-bake 475F for 30 to 35 minutes
