Ingredients:
- 6 Boneless Chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- I tsp salt Ginisa mix seasoning ( power seasoning)
For the sauce:
- 3 cups of water
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 medium size of onion
- 4 cloves of garlic 🧄 Chili ( optional)
- Vinegar
