It’s so delicious that I cook it almost every day! Incredibly quick and easy recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 6 Boneless Chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • I tsp salt Ginisa mix seasoning ( power seasoning)

For the sauce:

  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 medium size of onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic 🧄 Chili ( optional)
  • Vinegar
